Herring (Clupea harengus)
Herring is a pelagic fish of the herring family. It boasts high nutritional value as a source of polyunsaturated Omega 3 fatty acids benefiting the mental development and maintaining good health.
Herring dwell 200 m deep in the North Sea and on the border of the Atlantic Ocean. During spawning, female herring produces 20,000 to 50,000 eggs before migrating back to more plankton-rich areas.
Mackerel (Scomber scombrus)
